Richard Heber's copy, lot no. 4627 in the 3rd part of the sale of his library, Sotheby's, Nov 27th 1834. Ink inscription to head of blank fly suggest that Lewis' binding cost 10s 6d, more than double the cost of the uncut volume (4s 6d).
