Hinges exposed, browning to endpapers, early armorial bookplate to FEP - obscured by later book-labels of 'Guliemi O'Brien' (dated 1899) and 'Milltown Park Library', light dust-soiling and small ink-mark to title-page, short marginal tear to head of Ee6, tear to text of F5, book four, small holes to text of F2-3, book five - without loss of sense in either instance.
